Raydean is a Jaipur-based company founded in 2008. It is a brand that deals in solar, telecom, as well as infrastructure solutions. The organization functions with a highly qualified manpower of 800+ experts and manufactures up to 8,000 MT of structural steel per month. As main landmarks, such as 1 GWp rooftop solar installations, 3 GWp ground mount systems, as well as 7.5 lakh solar pump sets, Raydean emphasizes reliability, effectiveness, and environmentally friendly infrastructure development all over India.
Manufacturing Facility
Raydean Industries is located in a world-class, 250,000 sq. ft. plant in Bagru, Rajasthan. It is in the best location for catering to India’s growing solar and infrastructure markets and is also well-suited for large-volume production with high accuracy and efficiency. It is the central location of Raydean’s activities, from where the company is in a position to cater to various project requirements with consistent product quality.
The plant is augmented with highly advanced machinery, such as CNC plasma cutting machines, roll forming machines for C-section and HAT-section, press machines, as well as high-speed welding machines. The whole facility is thus enabled for the seamless production of intricate steel structures with consistency, precision, and rapid turnaround time. Trained operators, meanwhile, man each machine to adhere rigidly to standards of safety and quality.
A key strength of the facility lies in its integrated galvanizing infrastructure. With 6-meter and 4-meter hot-dip galvanizing baths and a combined daily capacity of 150 metric tons, Raydean ensures superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability for all its products. This in-house capability eliminates dependency on external vendors, offering greater control over timelines and quality.
Supported by qualified manpower and a rigorous system of quality controls, the plant is the foundation for meeting India’s ambitious renewable energy and infrastructure targets. From solar panel mount frames to telecommunication towers and power transmission line installations, all products are engineered to withstand harsh environments reliably.
